With convenient morning and afternoon departures, RANCHO GESLING Tours starts at La Plazuela Hotel, where our experienced guides will welcome you with a welcome drink and then escort you to the stable where the horses are ready for a trip along the Tempisque River.

 

Once our adventure begins, you will be on the lookout for different animal species that might be seen along the shores of this magnificent tropical river, such as the Mantled Howler Monkey, the American Crocodile and several species of birds. You will hop on your horse, and ride on forest trails for some 45 minutes until you reach the base of the first platform to zip through the forest.

 

Our canopy offers 11 platforms and 8 cables, one suspention bridge; some of the cables are close to the ground. After all the action, you deserve a special typical treat at La Plazuela Hotel, where you will be staying over for lunch or early dinner, before getting ready for your trip back to your hotel.
